中国太阳能设备制造商晶澳太阳能控股有限公司周二表示，公司将为SunEdison所有者MEMC电子材料公温控开关司提供高性能太阳能光伏组件。

这份多年的供应协议将始于2010年第三季度并涵盖2012年全年。

晶澳太阳能首席执行官方朋说，这项协议根据上海公司地理的不同而多样化，并给了公司向MEMC的大型项目开发渠道的机会。

周二，晶澳太阳能股价在收盘于5.35美元，上涨27美分，即5.3个百分点后下跌4美分，至5.31美元，而以密苏里州圣彼得为基地的MEMC收于9.68美元每股后股价持平。

Chinese solar power equipment maker JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. said Tuesday that it would provide high-performance solar modules to SunEdison owner MEMC Electronic Materials Inc.

The multiyear supply agreement will begin in the third quarter of 2010 and go through 2012.

JA Solar CEO Peng Fang said the agreement diversifies his Shanghai-based company'丙纶滤布s geographic presence and gives it access to MEMC's large project development pipeline.

JA Solar shares were down 4 cents at $5.31 in after-hours trading Tuesday after closing up 27锡合金 cents, or 5.3 percent, at $5.35. Shares in MEMC, which is based in St. Peters, Mo., were unchanged after hours after closing up a penny at $9.68.
